What we collect
- Information you give us directly — your name and email through sign-up forms.
- Information from cold outreach — publicly available contact details. You can opt out at any time.
- Website usage data — page views, session behaviour, and interaction events on demo sites.
Why we collect it
To understand product-market fit, to follow up when someone has expressed interest, and to improve products based on real usage. Your data is never sold and never used for anything else.
Tools we use
- Notion — contact and lead tracking.
- HubSpot — email open and click tracking on outreach.
- PostHog — anonymised or pseudonymised product analytics.
Unsubscribing and opting out
Reply "unsubscribe" to any email and you'll be removed within 5 business days, in line with the Australian Spam Act 2003. If you signed up through the website, email arthur@flww.tech to be removed at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as it's relevant to building or reaching out about flww products, or until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can request a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send any of these requests to arthur@flww.tech.
